Practice Dates
Once Frederick County Parks and Rec announces the field allocations for the spring, we will be able to determine the dates and times for each team's practices.
Teams generally practice twice a week, with older groups possibly going three times a week, and Pre-K/K teams going once a week.

The Urbana Recreation Council (URC), located in Urbana, MD, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization as defined by the IRS. URC is a member of the Frederick County, Maryland Association of Recreation Councils and serves the communities of Urbana, Ijamsville, and other surrounding communities.
